Founder Success Story QnA

How was your upbringing and did it influence your work ethic?

I would consider myself very fortunate in my upbringing. I grew up in a nice house with strict parenting. I was always told from a very young age that if I wanted something, I’d have to earn it. I think being taught that has really helped me moving forward. It meant that I’ve had to go out of my way to earn something and nothing was ever given to me. When this opportunity came around, I thought I’d have to go at it because what better way is there to get ahead?

How did you find out about this opportunity?

I was working at a summer camp and returned home in early September. When I came back, I returned to the life I had before. I started going back onto TikTok and Instagram Reels, and it really resonated with me when I started to see success stories from Hustler’s University. I didn’t know whether to go back into a nine-to-five job or hospitality with the regular hours and no social life. Nothing seemed like it could be worse at that time after seeing the success stories of other people. That led me to sign up for what is now The Real World.

You made 1,000 pounds in less than three months. How did that happen so quickly?

I was in Hustler’s University for just over a month before it transitioned into The Real World. There are many different modern wealth creation methods I never knew existed. I just turned 20 years old and recently came out of the schooling system. I didn’t go to University because I believe it is only necessary for doctors or nurses. Inside the community, there are 18 modern wealth creation methods, including Financial Wizardry and Business Mastery. I’ve really given myself to this for the last two and a half months.

Did you start full-time or part-time?

I started when I didn’t actually have a job. My mindset was all over the place and I had absolutely no discipline. Discipline is the only thing that will get you further in life. I had to structure a routine to make sure I fit in the hours of work required. I eventually decided that while I was starting off in copywriting, it was going to be a slow process. I went back into hospitality just to keep my head above water. Now I do that part-time and spend eight to ten hours per day on the side on copywriting.

What are your thoughts on ‘get rich quick’ schemes vs hard work?

A lot of people join with the idea that there is an immediate ROI, but there is no immediate return on investment without putting the work in. As soon as you put the work in, there absolutely is. There are verified millionaires who are the professors. They did it from ground zero with no network or resources, so starting with a platform like this makes growth even quicker.

What has been your experience with the community?

It is very interesting. There are always new engaged students making that first big step. There is a supportive role inside the community and a hierarchy system. The more hours you put in, the higher your rank becomes. At the moment, it revolves around chess pieces—you begin as a pawn and make your way up through the roles. It makes it a more rewarding system alongside the financial rewards.

Where do you see yourself heading in the next few years?

I’ve gained the clients I have currently, but I don’t currently have a monthly retainer. My next plan of action is to achieve a monthly retainer. The beauty of copywriting is that it’s an unsaturated market. Most people outside don’t really know what it is; they think of legal copyright rather than landing pages, email sequences, and product descriptions.

Have these skills translated to other areas of your life?

Absolutely. You learn the art of writing to persuade people to buy a product. I work in hospitality, so it’s interesting to take the language I’ve learned and apply it to upselling. In my previous job, I upsold the most expensive bottle of sparkling wine within a month just by using the specific language needed to achieve those results.

Why did you choose copywriting specifically?

I was always told my grammar and punctuation needed to be professional. I realized I could excel in an area I’d already been practicing since a young age. I know which words to use and what is more powerful than everything else. Combined with the teaching I’ve received, it’s a huge benefit.

What is the most impactful lesson you have learned?

The most impactful lesson is that a network can take you places you never thought you could go. Having direct contact with verified millionaires has had an exponential positive impact. I’ve been able to reach out personally and ask specific questions related to the course.

How has your social circle changed?

I believe the average of the five people you spend time with is true. The people I hung around with in the past preferred to go to the party scene and spend money on booze. I’ve chosen a different path. Every action we make gets us one step closer to where we need to be. If I’m too busy leveling up a character in a video game rather than leveling up myself, it just takes longer to reach my goals.

Is there any final advice you’d give to people looking to succeed?

Speed kills. Speed is absolutely essential and imperative if you would like to succeed. You need to act faster than your competitor, otherwise they will completely outrun you. That is why I am here today, just a few days after my win.
